HR Talent & Recruitment Managerwho:
The HR Talent & Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading provider recruitment, employee recruitment, and talent acquisition operations across Clinica Sierra Vista. This position oversees recruitment activities, develops effective sourcing strategies, and partners with leaders and hiring managers to meet the organization9s current and future staffing needs. The Manager leads and develops the Talent Recruitment team, monitors recruitment outcomes, and identifies opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and the candidate and hiring manager experience. This position ensures recruitment practices are consistent, effective, and compliant while supporting the organization9s ability to attract a qualified workforce.
Essential Functions:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other designated provider positions.
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to identify current and anticipated provider staffing needs, recruitment priorities, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and implement creative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified providers, particularly for critical, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Support and coach the Talent Recruitment team in developing innovative sourcing approaches, expanding candidate pipelines, and identifying alternative recruitment solutions when traditional methods are not producing results.
- Build and maintain provider candidate pipelines through professional networks, associations, educational institutions, residency and fellowship programs, referrals, recruiting platforms, social media, community partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, community organizations, and other provider recruitment sources.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with external recruitment agencies, search firms, staffing partners, and other third-party recruitment resources when additional sourcing support is needed.

Other Responsibilities:- Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates, employees, hiring managers, leadership, and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate, employee, and organizational information.
- Develop and deliver recruitment-related presentations, communications, training, and informational materials.
- Maintain awareness of applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements affecting recruitment and hiring.
- Support internal and external audits related to recruitment records and hiring practices as needed.
- Review recruitment procedures and practices and recommend changes to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other HR team members to support organizational priorities and ensure effective coordination across the department.
- Travel to CSV locations, career fairs, recruitment events, schools, conferences, and other locations as required.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
You9ll be successful with the following qualifications:- Bachelor9s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered based on organizational requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources or Talent Recruitment experience, including experience in a healthcare environment.
- Healthcare recruitment experience required, including experience recruiting providers and/or supporting high-volume healthcare staffing needs.
- Adherence to Clinica Sierra Vista9s employee health/immunization requirements or valid exemption request.
