Position Summary:

The HR Systems & Integrations Lead is responsible for leading HR systems integration with a primary focus on requirements gathering, functional documentation, technical writing, and stakeholder coordination. Serving as the critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, this position orchestrates integrations spanning Oracle HCM Cloud and the broader HR technology landscape; ensuring business needs are accurately captured, clearly documented, and successfully translated into technical solutions.

This role partners closely with HR functional owners, IT, vendors, and technical consultants to drive cross-functional alignment, maintain data quality and governance standards, and deliver integration projects on time. The position sits within the Work Forces Systems & Analytics (WFSA) department and requires the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and data handling due to access to sensitive associate and PII data.

Major Responsibilities:

Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate requirements workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional reviews with HR functional owners, IT, and vendor representatives
• Manage competing perspectives and drive consensus on requirements and solution direction
• Identify cross-functional impacts of design decisions and provide feedback on Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across HR Operations, Talent, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Shared Services, Learning, and other operational teams

Documentation & Technical Writing
• Develop and maintain high-quality functional and technical documentation including:

- Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

- Functional Specifications

- Process Maps & User Stories
• Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and accessible to both technical and business audiences
• Maintain documentation as reliable long-term reference materials for debugging, research, and business clarification

Integration Project Oversight
• Lead scoping and integration requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders, vendors, IT/development teams, and technical consultants
• Define data flows, interface specifications, and integration touchpoints
• Lead cutover planning in collaboration with internal and external developers and HRIT
• Maintain project timelines by holding all stakeholders accountable for deliverables
• Manage and maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions)
• Provide high-level project summaries and escalations to Project Leads as needed

Data Quality & Governance
• Drive data clarity, consistency, and alignment across HRIS, IT, and integrated solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define, analyze, and validate data requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to and maintain the enterprise HR data catalog by documenting data elements, definitions, ownership, and system relationships
• Proactively identify and address data dependencies, risks, and gaps in partnership with functional and technical teams

Qualifications:

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems, or Software/Computer Engineering or Similar - Required
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Organizational or HR Development or Similar - Preferred

- Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree

Experience
• 5+ years of experience in technology deployments (HR Systems preferred) and integration/project management consulting on technical solutions
• 3+ years of proven Technical Project Management experience involving integration, application development, infrastructure implementations, and process improvement initiatives

Technical Skills
• Proficient technical writer with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experienced in project management - managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional deliverables
• Ability to evaluate and document integration architecture and data flows
• Skilled in identifying, validating, and governing data requirements
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or other HR technology platforms
