Position Summary

Join DuPont's Healthcare HR team as an HR Specialist focused on employee relations, HR program execution, and organizational capability. In this high-impact role, you will partner with HR and business leaders to resolve complex employee matters, lead priority initiatives, and strengthen the employee experience across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategic HR professional who brings sound judgment, strong execution, and the ability to influence meaningful outcomes across teams.

This is an onsite position. Candidates should live within a daily commutable distance to the our site in Wilmington, DE.

Employee Relations Execution & Guidance
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and drive fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
  • Conduct investigations, prepare clear documentation, and provide timely updates on legal or escalated matters
  • Coach HR partners and leaders on effective case management, risk mitigation, and practical solutions
  • Identify ER trends and recommend proactive actions that improve the employee experience and reduce risk


HR Project Management & Process Standardization
  • Lead and support high-priority HR initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and business impact
  • Support M&A integration activities and HR process harmonization across teams
  • Simplify and standardize HR processes while partnering with HR colleagues to implement practical improvements
  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure strong execution and adoption


Organizational Capability & Upskilling
  • Partner with site HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities
  • Support upskilling initiatives that build stronger leadership, HR, and organizational capability
  • Serve as a trusted coaching resource for HR, employees, and leaders to improve performance and engagement
  • Create tools and resources that promote consistency and support talent capability across the business


Stakeholder Partnership
  • Build trusted partnerships with site HR, business leaders, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams
  • Translate business needs into practical HR solutions that enable leaders and support employees
  • Influence effectively across all levels while maintaining credibility, confidentiality, and sound judgment


Qualifications Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong employee relations and leadership coaching
  • Manufacturing environment experience required
  • English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading or supporting HR initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive adoption across an organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent judgment, organization, and strategic thinking skills
