What You'll Get To Do:

This role is responsible for leading vendor governance and operational excellence for Employee Services, with a primary focus on third-party service providers (e.g., TCS), Business Unit (BU) engagement, and cross-functional HR program delivery. The position serves as the central liaison between Employee Services, HR Operations, and Business Unit leaders, ensuring service delivery meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), aligns to business priorities, and continuously improves employee experience. Additionally, this role leads project management for Benefits and Retirement initiatives, driving execution across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Vendor Management & Governance
  • Own end-to-end relationship with Employee Services vendors (including TCS)
  • Manage vendor scorecards (quality, timeliness, satisfaction, cost)
  • Lead governance reviews and performance improvement actions

Business Unit Liaison & Alignment
  • Act as primary liaison with BU HR Operations leaders
  • Lead biweekly forums with HR Ops leads
  • Translate BU needs into service delivery improvements

Operational Rhythm & Performance Management
  • Lead biweekly operational meetings and reporting
  • Track SLA performance, case volumes, and trends
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement

Project & Program Management (Benefits & Retirement)
  • Lead special projects (Benefits, Retirement, compliance updates)
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables

Continuous Improvement & Employee Experience
  • Drive service improvements and efficiency gains
  • Enhance employee experience across Employee Services

Success Measures:
  • Vendor SLAs consistently met or exceeded
  • Strong BU HR Ops partnerships
  • Clear visibility into service performance metrics

The wage range of $100,000 - $115,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
