Responsibilities

  • Manage a team including an office administrator and 3 HR professionals
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new hires
  • Facilitate offboarding procedures for departing employees
  • Handle leave management requests and records
  • Manage the HR ticket system for employee inquiries
  • Prepare and issue offer letters for new hires
  • Conduct investigations as needed within HR functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team: 1 office administrator and 3 HR team members
  • Manage the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
    • Onboarding
    • Offboarding
    • Leave Management
    • Ticket system
    • Offer letters
    • Investigations

Minimum Qualifications Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SHRM certified desired
  • 5 Years of HR experience required
  • Team management experience required
  • Experience working at a mid-sized company highly preferred
  • Previous experience in an engineering company is a plus
  • Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus
  • Technology savvy
    • Excel, ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax experience is a plus
  • Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership roles
