As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our long-term care facility.
Responsibilities: Human Resources Director
- Recruitment of staff as needed
- Processing of new hires
- Payroll oversight
- Facilitating and mediating all labor-related issues
- Ensuring all reports and records are completed promptly
- Workers Compensation, Employee leaves
- Performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator
Qualifications: Human Resources Director
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HR Human Resources Director experience required
- Leadership qualities required
- LTC/SNF experience required
