HR Director, Talent Acquisition

Location: Cranberry Township, PA (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in office)

The HR Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the recruiting strategy, managing recruiting operations, overseeing external recruiting partnerships, supporting executive hiring initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition processes and technology. As part of this role, the incumbent may be asked to take on other HR leadership responsibilities that create value for the company. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational excellence, act with a strong sense of urgency and demonstrate the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business partners, and executive stakeholders on talent acquisition matters and other potential HR leadership accountabilities that make a positive impact on the business.
  • Oversee recruiting operations across multiple functions and business units across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage and optimize the organization's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership, ensuring service delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead relationships with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and talent acquisition vendors.
  • Support executive and leadership-level recruiting efforts
  • Drive improvements in recruiting processes, service delivery, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition technology ecosystem, including UKG Recruiting and related platforms.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership and HR Business Partners to address workforce needs and develop talent solutions.
  • Coach and develop recruiting team members while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
  • Manage complex recruiting challenges and escalations with urgency, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced talent acquisition leader with HR Business Partner experience and a demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. This individual will possess the executive presence necessary to influence senior leaders, the operational discipline required to drive results, and the relationship-building skills needed to create alignment across stakeholders. The role requires a leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and providing practical solutions to complex talent challenges.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with 5+ years of leadership experience within talent acquisition.
  • 5+ years experience in HR business partner related role
  • Experience overseeing RPO relationships and external recruiting agencies.
