Responsibilities
• Lead a Team of HR professionals to support the Bedrosians Organization
• Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with our company's goals.
• Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure we attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training and development needs, enhancing employee skills and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• Over 5 years of Human Resource Supervisory experience
• Professional in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification or similar organization
