Full Job Description
HR Business Partner

Description:

Human Resources Business Partner reports directly to the Human Resources Director with a dotted line to the facility leader. This role is a key member of the site leadership team driving the human resources strategy and operational plans for the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all human resources activities for the site, including strategic planning and execution of programs to bolster a culture of high performance.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment process from the recruitment branding and applicant tracking to ensure we hire high performing talent aligning with company values and principles.
  • Drive performance management and succession planning for the site.
  • Partner with site leadership team to drive human resources strategies aligned to meet site goals and priorities.
  • Develop and drive training initiatives
  • Lead and manage all employee relations issues, including fostering a culture where employees feel productive and valuable contributors to the business.
  • Serve as the site expert for all workforce planning issues.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance on all federal, state and local regulations throughout the site are applied and adhered to.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources team on global or domestic Human Resources projects as needed.
  • Evaluate and modernize current systems, policies and practices to reflect current best practices within the Human Resources function.
  • Work through the sponsorship process with current employees that require support


Qualifications:

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or business management
  • 7-10 years HR Generalist experience; 3+ years of HR Management
  • Strong background in practicing HR in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be bi-lingual(English/Spanish)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Labor relations background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Experience working with sponsored employees and immigration processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building techniques
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS Systems
  • Supervised a minimum of 1 direct report in the past
  • Ability to work 100% on-site during the core hours of 7-4 or 8-5 (remote work not available for this role)

Desirable Skills:
  • Multi-site experience
  • CPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll system and SuccessFactors HCM system


Salary Expectations:

Salary range - $100,000 - $120,000 USD

Bonus potential 10%
