Full Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our hospital's HR team. This leadership role is instrumental in fostering a culture of employee engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement across designated departments.

As a trusted advisor to managers, senior leaders, and staff, the HRBP will deliver integrated HR solutions that align with hospital goals and enhance the employee experience. The HRBP will partner with service line management and HR colleagues to support key areas including:
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management
  • Talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Change management
  • Union and employee relations

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare operations and a passion for creating a supportive, high-performing work environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to provide value-added solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and employment laws
  • Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to remain objective, impartial, and confidential
  • Skilled in managing multiple, competing priorities across all organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare-related experience
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience working with collective bargaining agreements
  • Organizational Development (OD) experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
