What You Can Expect In This Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. In this role, you'll help senior leaders solve complex business challenges through workforce planning, organizational design and culture.

You'll partner closely with senior business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring the organization has the talent, structure, and capabilities needed to achieve long-term success. This is a highly consultative individual contributor role requiring strong business acumen, influence, and the ability to lead through partnership.

What You'll Do In This Role

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies that support business growth, organizational capability, and long-term talent needs.
    Consult with leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, operating models, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, including talent forecasting, succession planning, capability assessments, and organizational readiness strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and complex people-related decisions.
  • Use workforce data, business insights, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Influence business decisions through strong consulting, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, and employee experience.
  • Support leaders through periods of growth, transformation, restructuring, and change.
  • Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' of HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience preferred
  • Significant experience consulting with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, employee relations, and change management preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Employment Law preferred
  • Experience leading complex HR initiatives, projects, or cross-functional programs through influence preferred
  • Advanced HR consulting, advisory, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business objectives
  • Deep knowledge of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and HR business partnership practices
  • Ability to advise, influence, and partner with senior and executive leaders to support effective decision-making
  • Strong judgment, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex HR initiatives, organizational change efforts, and cross-functional work through influence
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to engage leaders and employees at multiple levels
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to educate leaders, present recommendations, and influence outcomes
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and apply workforce data and organizational insights to inform recommendations and decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, sensitive matters, and complex initiatives
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with HR Centers of Expertise, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Sound understanding of HR governance, risk, compliance, employment law, and policy application

Salary Range Information

USD $94,134.00 - USD $176,500.00 /Yr.
Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
