- Non-provider credentialing

You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate challenging situations while fostering a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Employee relations
- Workplace investigations
- Leadership coaching
- Performance management
- Employment law and HR compliance
- Employee engagement and retention
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required on hire or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
