HR Business Partner to join our team as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees in our Pittsburgh, PA office. What You'll DoStrategic HR Partnership- Support key organizational and HR initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
- Anticipate and evaluate the potential impacts of organizational changes and local policy updates, and guiding leaders through necessary adjustments to best support their teams
- Facilitate dialogue and discussion to align values and encourage collaboration
- Model a customer-service mindset by anticipating stakeholder needs, removing barriers, and ensuring HR processes feel seamless and accessible
- Provide consistent, accurate, and approachable HR support that reinforces a culture of quality, accountability, and follow-through
Employee Relations & Compliance- Advise leaders on employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and coaching
- Lead sensitive investigations and partner with Legal when needed
- Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws
- Manage ADA accommodation requests and documentation
- Provide steady support during urgent or complex situations
Performance & Leadership Support- Coach managers to strengthen individual and team performance
- Facilitate training and support leadership development efforts
- Mentor HRBPs and contribute to their growth and development
Operational Excellence & Insights- Use data, tools, and technology to improve people processes and organizational effectiveness
And Other Responsibilities as Needed- Contribute to broader HR initiatives and support the evolving needs of the business
Qualifications- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 7 years of HRBP/HR consulting experience
- 3+ years managing a team of HR professionals
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
- Business partnership experience within an engineering, technical, or consulting organization a plus
- HR, Lean, PROSCI Certification a plus
