Full Job Description
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to work in an environment that fosters world-class professional development, to be part of a dynamic and passionate team that has a strong influence on decision-making, and to thrive in a collaborative environment.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Is the main connection between R&D functions and HR function, the main point of contact of all management levels of R&D and employees
  • Develops trustworthy relationships by being a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable business aligned people strategies
  • Coaches on leaders' effectiveness and helps solving business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking
  • Develops client-focused engagement and retention strategies
  • Support teams in business transformation strategies and activities including organizational design, change management, etc.
  • Supports the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability
  • Focus on strategic people issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of BRP

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or a related field), Human Resources, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to step back, assess situations, and develop effective solutions
  • Solid business acumen
  • Engaging and impactful leadership style, demonstrating courage and accountability
  • Advanced proficiency in French
  • Functional level of English
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership across the organization and within the function, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Engaging leadership with the business and with the function including, courage, accountability and ownership

The position involves being on site approximately four days per week, with some flexibility depending on needs.
