HR Business Partner

This individual is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and resolving HR related projects and issues for customers. Serving as the account manager for customer's purchasing our highest tier of service, the HR Business Partner is expected to lead a customer accurately and efficiently through strategic HR initiatives. This individual will serve as a project manager, utilizing internal team members to accomplish customer projects/tasks to better meet company profitability margins

Core Job Duties
  • Lead customer projects- understand project management principles and practices.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and regularly communicate regulatory or industry changes that impact customer.
  • Advises customer groups of potential risks and associate relations impact of business decisions by demonstrating business acumen including experience reporting to or working with executive level.
  • Participate in sales calls/meetings for large and/or viable prospect opportunities as requested.
  • Ability to manage 25-50 full-service customer accounts utilizing team approach and delegation effectively and proficiently.
  • Coordinate, develop and conduct various HR related training programs for customers and as requested by marketing for complimentary thought leadership opportunities.
  • Conduct customer investigations and prepare report-out documents as requested.
  • Identify legal and governmental reporting regulations affecting HR practices and ensuring that customer policies, procedures and processes are in compliance.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR/HCM Analyses, Wage & Salary Surveys, as needed, analyze data, and present results to customers including workforce planning, employee communications and culture, professional development including mentoring and coaching, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation analytics, benefits and measuring the impact of HR initiatives on business results Review and advise on complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance to best serve all isolved customers. Provide management coaching to customer designees.
  • Schedule and participate in biannual strategic customer meetings.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Be available to answer and assist with help desk and/or escalated calls Maintain working knowledge of isolved modules and functionality for customer upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain department customer deliverable templates and continuously monitor for compliance changes.
  • Ensure consistent use of deliverables across all locations.
  • Work toward continuous quality improvement.
  • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:
      • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
      • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
      • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
      • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.


Mathematical Skills:
      • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
      • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


Reasoning Ability:
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
