Join our global People Technology Services team as an AI Product & Innovation Owner! Help us revolutionize our human resources systems while providing exceptional support to our global workforce. If you're passionate about combining HR expertise with AI solutions, we want to hear from you! This role is open to our US Hub locations (Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX)

What will you do:
  • Drive new AI use case discovery and strategy
  • Define business requirements and use case vision
  • Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools)
  • Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis
  • Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
