Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy
  • Conduct intake assessments to determine care levels
  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with families and medical providers
  • Maintain documentation in the EHR system
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings
  • Offer crisis intervention and therapeutic support when needed

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Make the schedule that works for you! Hourly Fee For Service anywhere from 5 to 30 hour week options!!

All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel-as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
  • Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
  • Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
  • Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are:
  • Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
  • Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
  • Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
  • Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
  • Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
  • Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required

Premiums paid for:
  • Non-English language capacity
  • Experience
  • Select clinical specialties

Compensation:

Hourly Fee for Service:
  • 45/hour for MA Level
  • $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
  • $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
  • $65-$70/hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site:
  • 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
  • 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
  • 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
