Hospitalist - Eugene/Springfield, ORPeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend is seeking a
Hospitalist to join our collaborative and well-established team in the Eugene/Springfield community.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, state-of-the-art regional medical center with a strong culture of teamwork, support, and clinical excellence.
Position Highlights- Full-time Hospitalist position with flexible block scheduling
- Manageable census - capped at 18 patients
- Work within a unit-based, interdisciplinary care model focused on quality and patient outcomes
- Closed ICU model
- Practice at a Level II Trauma Center with high acuity and diverse pathology
- Robust Hospitalist team (~55-60 providers) with dedicated nocturnists (shift differential included)
- Supportive environment with strong retention and collegial culture
- Teaching opportunities with medical students (OHSU affiliation)
Clinical Environment & Support - Approximately 400 beds plus observation unit, with planned expansion
- Dedicated Code Blue and Rapid Response teams (Hospitalists participate but do not lead codes)
- Procedures are generally not required
- Collaborative care with palliative care, specialty services, and advanced practice clinicians
- Team-based environment known for strong peer support and work-life balance
Compensation and Benefits - First-year salary guarantee: $366,246.00

Requirements - MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Minimum 2+ years of hospitalist experience in a high-volume setting preferred
- Board certified or board eligible
- Oregon license or ability to obtain
- BLS required
