πŸ•– Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 15 Shifts Per Month | Full-Time

As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care while collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to improving the health of our community. You'll play a vital role in assessing patients, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care throughout each hospitalization.

What You'll Do

As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive inpatient care while working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Your responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations

🧠 Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical judgment

Developing individualized treatment plans and prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with Illinois law and collaborative practice agreements

Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, pharmacists, case management, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate exceptional patient care

Maintaining accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

Supporting quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For
