Job DescriptionAtlantic Health System is Seeking a Hospitalist for an Admitter Position at Overlook Medical CenterThis role focuses exclusively on admissions, evaluating patients directly from the Emergency Department without rounding responsibilities. The admitter will work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and residents, contributing to a high-volume, clinically focused environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced setting and prefers a role centered entirely on patient care. Overlook Medical Center is a 504-bed, non-profit teaching hospital located in Summit, New Jersey-just 20 miles west of New York City.
Position Highlights- Hours: 1 pm-11 pm, 4 days a week, no weekends or holidays.

Salary Range: $240,000-$270,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
QualificationsQualifications- Board Eligible or Board-Certified Physicians
- Active DEA, CDS, Medical State License is required.
