**This salary range DOES include a $0.60/hour Direct Care Stipend and a $10.00/hour Recruitment & Retention Stipend.

Job duties:

This is professional services work of a supervisory nature in directing nursing services or assisting the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include planning a nursing program; organizing, supervising, training, and coordinating the work of a large group of professional and paraprofessional personnel who provide necessary and direct care services; and inspecting and evaluating nursing services. Work is performed under limited supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  (Entry level knowledges, skills, and/or abilities may be acquired through, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO the following coursework/training and/or experience).

· Registration by the Maine State Board of Nurses and two (2) years’ nursing experience at a supervisory level.
