What You'll Bring to the Team- 2+ years of experience in the veterinary industry, with a strong understanding of veterinary hospital operations and the day-to-day dynamics of a busy practice.
- Proven business and financial acumen, including experience managing or contributing to P&L performance, labor, inventory, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated veterinary leadership experience, with the ability to delegate effectively, follow through, build trust, create accountability, and develop team members.
- A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing strong teams.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build consensus and foster a positive, high-performing culture across a large team
- A highly collaborative leadership style, with the ability to partner effectively with medical and operational leaders throughout the hospital.
- Experience in a 24/7, emergency, or high-volume veterinary environment is a plus.
