Hospital Director of Operations | 24H ER & Specialty Veterinary Hospital | Full Time | On-site | $150-185K per year + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Plan | Houston, TX

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Hospital Director of Operations (HD) to lead one of our flagship veterinary hospitals with the insight and strategic mindset of a Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for overseeing a $60M+ P&L, this individual will drive operational excellence, inspire teams, and ensure long-term financial sustainability at a large, multi-specialty veterinary hospital.
