Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required
• Valid driver's license mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
• Availability for rotational weekends essential
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care to pets in their homes
• Communicate effectively with pet families about treatment options
• Manage a mobile practice environment independently
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of veterinary care
• Document patient information accurately in a timely manner
• Participate in rotational weekend service to meet community needs
• Support pet families through the emotional aspects of hospice care
