Position Overview

The Hospice Team Physician plays a vital role in providing expert medical care to patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses and supporting their families throughout the hospice journey. This physician serves as a clinical leader for interdisciplinary hospice and palliative care teams, ensuring high-quality symptom management, medication oversight, and comprehensive documentation of terminal diagnoses.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with care teams, supervise advanced practice providers, educate clinical staff, and foster relationships within the medical community. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for every patient and family we are privileged to serve across Ohio.

Position Details
  • Full-time opportunity based out of Dayton, Ohio.
  • Includes weekend and on-call responsibilities.
  • Serves the Southern Ohio region through inpatient unit, facility, and home visits.
  • Must be eligible for credentialing throughout the South Region.
  • Provides statewide patient care through a combination of telehealth and in-person visits.
