Hospice RN Case Manager - Full Time - $2000 Sign-on bonus!Pay Rate: $44 - $47
Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5pm, some rotating on call and weekend coverage

full-time Case Manager to our compassionate and collegiate team.

This is a full-time position offering competitive wages and great benefits, some rotating on call and weekend coverage included. Hospice experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate who possesses compassion, good clinical skills, and a positive attitude.
• *Current MA RN License
• *Knowledge/experience in hospice preferred
• *Strong team player with a positive attitude
• *Reliable and flexible with the ability to work autonomously in the field
• *Positive prior work history with great references
• *Comfort level with electronic documentation
• *Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for reasonable local travel
