Full Job Description
Primary RN - Montrose Community Hospice | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm| $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional on-call/weekend requirement
Location: Montrose, Colorado
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Pay Range:
ASN: $38.02-$41.75/hour
BSN: $39.20-$43.05/hour

In addition to having strong clinical skills, Hospice Nurses are "teachers" - helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member. They are specialists in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking. Primary RN's have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred
  • Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
