Clinical Services ManagerBroadReach Hospice - 1455 Main Street (Route 28), Chatham, MA
Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
PositionOverview:TheHospice Clinical Manager provides leadership for hospice clinical services,ensuring high-quality care and alignment with the organization's mission andstandards. The role collaborates with operational leaders, medical directors,and business development to support clinical excellence, regulatory compliance,risk mitigation, and service growth. This position requires strong knowledge ofhospice regulations, effective communication skills, and the ability to leadand support a multidisciplinary team.
Duties& Responsibilities:- Oversight of direct and indirect patient services provided by nursing and home health aide teams
- Provides clinical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to interdisciplinary team members
- Assists in development and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures that comply with federal and state regulations and CHAP standards.
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and governance standards
- Ensure compliance with the performance improvement program design by QAPI team.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and providers regarding goals of care and clinical updates
- Facilitates IDT meetings and care conferences
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs required.
- Two (2) years of hospice experience required with intimate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
- Hospice Clinical Leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in the communities served as well as within a company.
- Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contacts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice Care Mission and services.
- Experience in analyzing processes, improvement planning, supporting change, and effectively managing priorities.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced office environment.
