As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you'll oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing end-of-life care, ensuring every patient receives coordinated, high-quality support that honors dignity, comfort, and individual needs.
This role is ideal for an experienced RN who blends strong clinical judgment with leadership capability and a passion for hospice philosophy. You'll guide and develop an interdisciplinary team-including nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other supportive services-while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence are consistently met. Partnering closely with field staff, physicians, and organizational leadership, you'll shape care delivery, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of hospice services. Your leadership will directly influence both patient experience and team culture, ensuring compassionate care remains at the center of every decision.
Location- Office Location: 770 Kenmoor Ave, Suite 100, Grand Rapids MI 49546
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Includes on-call administrative phone support rotation for after-hours field staff
Required Qualification- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel moderately within service area
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Hospice or home health experience
- Management or supervisory experience

- Knowledge of governmental regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and CHAP standards

Pay Range
$85,000-$90,000 USD
