Motor Werks, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Honda Automotive Technician to join our service team. If you take pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and delivering an excellent customer experience, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Perform maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including diagnostics, electrical repairs, brake service, and mechanical repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment and repair tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs or maintenance.
- Perform repairs and replacements according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair findings, recommendations, and time estimates.
- Document work performed accurately and follow dealership policies and procedures.
- Stay current with Honda technical bulletins, training, and evolving automotive technology.
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably with Honda vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Comfort using Honda-specific diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- ASE certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
