Compensation: $105,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience
What You'll Do:- Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and the software development team for assigned initiatives, enhancements, defects, and support-related development work.
- Manage and govern the intake of technical requests across Monday.com, Freshservice, and other approved channels, ensuring work is documented, categorized, assigned, and routed appropriately.
- Review incoming requests to confirm the business problem, desired outcome, priority, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and required stakeholder decisions are clearly understood before development begins.
- Facilitate conversations between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable work without losing the intent behind the request.
- Maintain a consolidated view of open development work, including website initiatives, operational projects, defects, enhancements, technical dependencies, and Freshservice tickets requiring engineering support.
- Act as the gatekeeper for work entering the development queue, helping prevent incomplete, duplicative, unapproved, or poorly defined requests from disrupting active priorities.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to establish priorities and ensure the development team is working on the highest-value approved items.
- Coordinate work through discovery, design, development, testing, release, and closure, ensuring ownership and next steps remain clear throughout the process.
- Lead or facilitate standups, refinement sessions, planning discussions, delivery reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder status meetings when needed.
- Identify blockers, stalled decisions, cross-team dependencies, scope changes, and resource conflicts early, and drive them toward resolution.
- Coordinate development work originating from Freshservice, ensuring support tickets are appropriately linked, tracked, communicated, and closed once development work is completed.
- Protect the development team from unnecessary interruptions and context switching by helping stakeholders follow an organized intake and prioritization process.
- Ensure Monday.com boards and related workflow tools accurately reflect the current status, ownership, priority, risks, dependencies, and next actions for open work.
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, risks, decisions needed, delivery expectations, and changes in priority.
- Coordinate with UX, QA, marketing, infrastructure, support, vendors, and other teams when successful delivery requires work outside the development group.
- Help establish practical delivery standards, including definitions of ready and done, acceptance criteria, testing expectations, release readiness, documentation, and post-release validation.
- Support the organization's continued adoption of Kanban, continuous delivery, work-in-progress limits, cycle-time measurement, and other flow-based delivery practices.
- Continuously improve the way technical work is requested, reviewed, prioritized, delivered, communicated, and measured.
• Who We're Looking For:- Bring 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, program management, business analysis, product operations, or a similar role supporting software development teams.
- Have experience serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, particularly when requirements are initially incomplete or priorities compete.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and can follow technical discussions, ask informed questions, and recognize when requirements, dependencies, or proposed solutions do not align.
- Have strong project and work-management discipline, including experience managing backlogs, priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Are comfortable owning the administrative and operational discipline required to keep Monday.com, Jira, Azure DevOps, Freshservice, or similar systems accurate and current.
- Can distinguish between an operational support issue, a defect, an enhancement, a project, and a larger product or architectural decision, and route each appropriately.
- Know how to turn loosely defined requests into clear, actionable work without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Are confident in facilitating conversations with executives, business leaders, engineers, designers, support teams, and external partners.
- Communicate clearly and directly, providing enough information for stakeholders to stay aligned without overwhelming them with unnecessary detail.
- Are comfortable pushing back constructively when work is not ready, priorities are unclear, scope is expanding, or new requests would disrupt committed work.
- Take ownership of follow-through and do not wait for others to surface stalled decisions, blockers, or missed commitments.
- Can bring structure to an environment that is still maturing its project intake, prioritization, development, testing, and release-management practices.
- Are collaborative, practical, organized, and low ego, with a strong bias toward helping the broader team succeed.
• Other Qualifications (not mandatory):- Experience coordinating websites, e-commerce, customer-facing digital, or multi-brand development work.
- Experience managing development work originating from an IT service management platform such as Freshservice or ServiceNow.
- Experience designing or improving intake, prioritization, backlog, release-management, or demand-management processes.
- Experience supporting a transition from sprint-based Agile practices to Kanban or continuous delivery.
- Experience with cycle time, throughput, aging work in progress, cumulative flow, or other delivery-performance metrics.
- Background in business analysis, software development, UX, QA, IT operations, or technical support.
- Experience working in storage, real estate technology, retail, e-commerce, or other multi-location operating environments.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, or Kanban-related credentials are helpful but not required.
