Speech-Language Pathologist who's passionate about delivering exceptional care in a home health setting?
What You'll Need- Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington State SLP license
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Be a licensed driver with a reliable and insurance vehicle
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide skilled, evidence-based therapy in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Document effectively and contribute to the overall Plan of Care
- Participate in and contribute to Interdisciplinary Group meetings
