Concierge Home Care is hiring an experienced
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor in the Venice, FL area. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a manageable patient caseload.

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $85+ (based on experience)

RN Preceptor Responsibilities- Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians
- Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions
- Complete competency evaluations and skill validations
- Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance
- Perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and care planning
- Deliver skilled nursing care, including:
- Chronic and acute disease management
- Medication management
- Wound care and post-surgical care
- Pain management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
- Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed
Schedule & Compensation- Full-Time | Monday-Friday
- No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
- Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional visit earnings
Qualifications- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
