Salary: $79,000-$83,000 annually
Full-Time | No Weekends | Limited On-Call
Spoon River Home Health is looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full-time position involves working closely with supervisors and the interdisciplinary care team to plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality, person-centered nursing care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate nursing care based on individualized plans

Qualifications:
- Current RN license (Illinois)
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
