  • Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based interventions
  • Provide caregiver education and training to support progress outside therapy sessions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed

Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

As a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

  • Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required
