Home Health Occupational Therapist OT to join our team in
San Diego, California. As an integral member of our health care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities or developmental delays.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with clients, representatives, caregivers, and physicians
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with established plans of care
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other representatives on rehabilitation care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Select activities that promote work and life-management skills within clients' mental or physical capabilities
- Recommend changes to patients' work or living environments to ensure their needs and capabilities are met
- Engage in research activities and participate in formal educational training related to therapy
Minimum Qualifications:- Current and valid California Occupational Therapist license
- Recent work experience in home health (preferred)
- Driver's License, Car Insurance, Car Registration
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing, and documentation
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills

Compensation:- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
