Job Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible Schedule
- No Weekends
- Coordinated Routes to Limit Travel
- Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health evaluations, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services, and educational and training activities
- Submits clinical notes, progress notes, and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated
Job Requirements
- Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida - Required Upon Hire
- 1 Year of Institutional or Home Health Experience Preferred
- Must Have OASIS Experience Preferred
