  • Build meaningful one-on-one relationships while providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes
  • Assess patient needs and administer treatments, medications, and wound care services
  • Educate and empower patients and families to manage their health with confidence
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to deliver outstanding care
  • Document visits accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards
  • Help patients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes

• $40 - $45/hour DOE
