Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated
Branch Manager to lead the operational, financial, and team performance of our growing home health and hospice organization. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, and enjoys building high-performing teams.
As Branch Manager, you will work closely with clinical leadership, business development, and operational teams to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence that supports both patients and employees.
What You'll Do- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service.
- Drive achievement of branch goals related to growth, revenue, productivity, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage branch financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and support quality patient care.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
- Support business development efforts and strengthen referral relationships throughout the community.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and company regulations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or management experience in healthcare. Preferably in home health or hospice.
- Strong experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.
Preferred Qualifications- Home Health, Hospice, or Post-Acute Care leadership experience.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and productivity metrics.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Proven success in driving growth and operational excellence.
