What You9ll DoAs the Home Health Administrator, you will lead all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team success. You will oversee daily operations under your assigned Medicare provider number (PTAN), manage staffing and budgets, drive quality and compliance initiatives, and foster a high-performing, engaged team.
In this role, you will also partner with business development to support census growth and strategic expansion while maintaining strong relationships with executive leadership and branch teams.

What You BringRequired Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or other qualifying professional credential per state and federal requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, state licensure standards, and home health Conditions of Participation
- Proven leadership, financial, and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as Homecare Homebase and Workday
- Continuing Education. The administrator shall annually obtain two continuing education hours relative to the administrator9s role, which may include, but not be limited to the following topics:
- a. Medicare and Medicaid regulations;
- b. management practices;
- c. labor laws;
- d. Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules, laws, etc.;
- e. ethics; and
- f. quality improvement.
