Qualifications

• Existing book of business within the Citrus County territory is mandatory.
• Preferred experience in healthcare sales (home health, SNF, DME, hospice), or as a clinical liaison.
• Clinical education (RN, LPN, MSW) is a plus for applicants.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to travel within the designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture referral relationships with senior living communities.
• Drive census growth by achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Identify care needs of residents and coordinate suitable services.
• Serve as a resident advocate during transitions to home care.
• Efficiently manage the referral-to-admission process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and community partners about services offered.
