Jefferson City / Columbia, MO | Full-Time | $70K-$160K+ (Commission + Bonuses)

About the Role

Are you a relationship-driven HVAC professional or in-home sales expert looking for more than just a paycheck?

As a Home Comfort Designer, you'll meet with homeowners, discover their heating and cooling concerns, and guide them through solutions that make their home more comfortable, healthy, and efficient - all while delivering a 5-star experience.

This is not a high-pressure pitch role. It's about asking the right questions, uncovering the real problems, and leading the homeowner to the best solution for them. We give you the tools, support, and leads, you bring curiosity, heart, and drive.

What You'll Do
• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads and referral leads that are self-generated
• Perform comfort audits, heat gain/loss calculations, and identify IAQ opportunities
• Present tailored system replacement options using our Design Pro platform
• Offer financing, explain warranties, and walk homeowners through the process
• Coordinate with install team for a smooth transition
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

What We're Looking For
• HVAC experience preferred (installer, tech, or sales background)
