We are looking for a motivated and passionate full-time (with benefits) Physical Therapist to provide in-home care. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 annually. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
