Key Responsibilities:- Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home sales presentations weekly
- Assess customer needs and present roofing solutions effectively
- Close high ticket sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in company training and stay current with product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Operate as a road warrior, traveling to customer appointments as scheduled
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in high ticket or commission-based roles
- Proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in mobile devices and CRM tools
Compensation and Schedule:- Competitive commission-based pay with on-target earnings between $150,000 and $300,000 annually
- Weekly draw against commission plus uncapped earning potential
- Pre-scheduled appointments Monday through Saturday with flexible hours
