Location Redmond, Washington About the job you're considering: We are expanding our hardware engineering team and looking to connect with experienced engineers who have strong expertise in high-speed hardware design, Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and platform validation activities. Your Role:
  • High-speed interface design and validation for PCIe Gen4/Gen5, USB 3.x, Ethernet, LPDDR4/LPDDR5, GDDR6/7 and DisplayPort
  • SI/PI analysis including eye diagram validation, jitter analysis, impedance control, return path optimization, PDN validation, and high-speed channel debugging
  • LPDDR5 memory architecture, routing constraints, timing analysis, training/debug concepts, and memory validation methodologies
  • High-speed PCB design, stack-up planning, layout review, routing optimization, and board bring-up/debug activities
  • System-level debugging and root-cause analysis for signal quality, interoperability, and performance-related issues
  • Compliance and electrical validation using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, VNAs, BERTs, and industry-standard validation tools
  • Cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, BIOS, validation, and platform architecture teams

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911- $161,544 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
