Qualifications

• Experience working with culturally diverse students and families.
• Completion of a teacher certification program from an accredited institution.
• Valid Washington state certification and endorsement(s) to teach ELA and History.
• Demonstrated knowledge or teaching experience in ELA and History.
• Strong instructional strategies to promote student independence and collaboration.
• Skill in creating a supportive and organized classroom environment.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated, active learning experiences.
• Experience integrating restorative practices within the classroom.
