Description

We are currently seeking to hire a highly dedicated Interim High School Principal. We strive to hire individuals who are determined to see all students succeed, cognizant of their mindset, champions of equity, and are results-oriented. Applicants must be committed to continuous improvement and skilled at fostering mutually respectful relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. We look for individuals whose creativity, curiosity, enthusiasm, and professionalism are contagious.

Our Ideal Candidate

Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Principal license.

At least three (3) years of successful teaching and leadership experience at the HS level.

Commitment to holding high academic and behavioral expectations for all students.

Ability to nurture a culture of learning, a safe and positive climate, collaborative professional learning communities, the social/emotional development of students, and relationships with high school families.

Superior ability to demonstrate culturally relevant practices.

Strong knowledge of and computer skills appropriate for managing student records and attendance.
