Hematology/Oncology Physician – Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital
Sentara Medical Group is currently seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our highly respected and collaborative team in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. Our dedicated team of 7 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners provides personalized, evidence-based care in a setting designed to support both our patients and our providers. We offer access to the latest treatment protocols and an expanding portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring patients benefit from the most advanced care options available.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $498,742.40 - $567,008.00 annually.
Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
