🛠 What You'll Do:
- Operate as Pilot-in-Command on a Bell 429, based out of Halifax (YHZ), ensuring all flights are conducted with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
- Deliver a premium client experience, acting as the face of the company and building strong, trusted relationships with high-value clientele.
- Collaborate closely with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of all mission requirements and service expectations.
- Support operational readiness on reserve days, contributing to a reliable and responsive flight operation.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the operation.
🎯 What You Bring:
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License - Helicopter or Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- Group 4 Instrument Rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical Category 1.
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Minimum of 2500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 1000 multi-engine PIC hours, turbine time is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60Ibs.
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning and weight and balance.
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- Strong client service mindset with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced, flexible scheduling environment
