Job Location: East Wenatchee, WA. (Projects Throughout Central & Eastern Washington State)

Pipkin Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Engineer who wants to build a long-term career managing complex infrastructure projects throughout Washington State. This position is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of construction or engineering experience who wants to develop into a Project Manager and eventually lead projects independently.

Compensation: Base compensation$80,000 - $110,000DOE, Vehicle Allowance, Annual Bonus Potential, Benefits Package including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), paid sick leave.

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and estimating

• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and project documentation

• Track project costs, production, and schedule performance

• Assist with change orders and progress billings

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Participate in project meetings and owner communications

• Support quality control and project closeout activities

• Conduct regular field visits to support operations

  • Ability to work in both office and construction site environments, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders or slopes, and performing site inspections in varying weather conditions.
